Lignum wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases and will happily offer an exchange in instances where you have changed your mind or are not completely satisfied with a product.

Eligible products can be returned within 30 days of the date you received your parcel providing the product is in original condition and packaging.

Please note Lignum reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined above.

The cost involved in returning an item to Lignum will not be covered or reimbursed by us and is the customers sole responsibility. For your protection and in case of any loss or damage, please ensure your return package is registered and insured.

To organise a return please email info@lignum-art.com with your name, order number and details of the return. If your return is accepted as per our returns policy, we will then provide you with a returns form. Any returns sent to us without a returns form will be returned to sender.
